About cancellation
In order to ensure smooth treatment, we have set a cancellation fee.
Please cancel or change your reservation by noon the day before.
Please note that cancellations or changes to reservation dates and times will incur a cancellation fee according to the following rules.
- Cancellation or change on the day
- The fee is ¥5,500.
- Cancellations and changes after 12 p.m. the day before
- The fee is ¥3,300.
- If you do not come to the clinic without contacting us (unauthorized cancellation)
- Future reservations will not be accepted.
- Being late for more than 15 minutes
- Please note that you may not be able to receive the treatment.
- For a course
- If you cancel after 12 p.m. the day before or cancel without permission, one course will be considered as having been consumed.
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.

*Please pay within 14 days of invoice issuance.
*If the payment deadline has passed, a re-invoice issuance fee of 305 yen (278 yen excluding tax) will be charged for each re-invoice.

Matsurika Clinic Ginza is always looking for case monitors.
Patients who cooperate with the monitor can receive treatment at the monitor price.
We will take photos and videos of your progress before, during, and after your treatment.
Images and videos taken will be used on our clinic's SNS, homepage, advertisements, in-clinic materials, etc.
